Opened in 1979 in Nassau County New York, Estates I is an All-Age condominium community by the Long Island Expressway Exit 36. Go North on Searingtown Road to the 24 hour guard-gated entry.

These are attached brick residences at Estates I. There are Ranch style and 2 story Townhouse floor plans. Each has an attached 2 car garage, and there are basements too. When available, there are 2, 3, and some 4 bedroom condos in this neighborhood.

Estates I offers the owners a clubhouse, pool, tennis and gym. The units have electric heat and central air conditioning.

 Estates II was opened in the early 1980’s and is also a Non-Age Restricted condominium community not far from the Long Island Expressway Exit 36. Go North on Searingtown Road to the 2nd Estates 24 hour guard-gated entry.

These are attached brick residences at the pet friendly neighborhood of Estates II. There are Ranch style and 2 story Townhouse floor plans. Each has an attached 2 car garage, and there are basements too. There are 2, 3, and some 4 bedroom condos in this pet friendly neighborhood
