Opened in 1986 in Nassau County, Cove Landing is located by Landing Road and Red Spring Lane within the Glen Cove School District #5.  This upscale North Shore neighborhood consists of attached townhouses, each having central air conditioning, gas heat, 2 car garage and  full basements.  The community is surrounded along Bluff Road, Windward, Water’s Edge and Willada Lane.  This is a pet friendly community offering a pool, 2 tennis courts, beach and mooring rights.  Homes do not become available too often at Cove Landing, but according to public records for 2008,  a residence sold at Cove Landing in Glen Cove New York for $833,500.
